An easy ride in South London. All on quiet roads or footpaths with a hard surface, passing through Sutcliff Park (to see the river Quaggy wetland area), Eltham, Sidcup, Chislehurst and Elmstead. Only 22 miles, suitable for all bikes. There are a few hills, but we will go slowly and wait for all riders.

Lunch in a pub or café, depending on how quickly we get along.

Meet Cutty Sark Gardens at 10.00 am.

Bring a spare inner tube and drinking water.
